Magnolia Village is a free, non-commercial community platform for residents of Magnolia Village and adjacent homes in Raeford, NC. It is not affiliated with any HOA. It is provided as a community service.

Your responsibilities

• Only post content that is truthful and relevant to our community
• Do not share other neighbors' personal information outside this platform
• Do not use the platform for MLM, cryptocurrency, or pyramid schemes
• Follow the Community Rules

Content you post

You are responsible for everything you post. The admin reserves the right to remove any content that violates the Community Rules. Flagged content is hidden immediately and reviewed by the admin.

Message frequency varies based on your preferences and community activity. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP or adjusting your settings.

Moderation

The community admin can warn, suspend, or remove users who violate the Community Rules. This is a community space, and the admin's goal is to keep it welcoming for everyone.
