Be kind
Treat every neighbor the way you'd want to be treated. No bullying, harassment, name-calling, or personal attacks. Period.
Keep it local
This site is for Magnolia Village and our adjacent neighbors. Posts should be relevant to our community.
Local businesses welcome
If you're a plumber, sell eggs from your chickens, or run a small business, you're welcome to list your services in the Marketplace.
No MLM, crypto, or pyramid schemes
No multi-level marketing, Bitcoin pitches, or anything that asks neighbors to "join your team." This is non-negotiable.
Free section is fair game
Got a desk, fridge, or anything you want to give away? Post it. First come, first served.
Safety alerts are for real situations
Don't cry wolf. If you post an urgent alert, it can trigger SMS notifications to neighbors who opted in.
Photos are welcome
Backyard parties, new landscaping, community events. Share away. No inappropriate content.
Respect privacy
Don't share another neighbor's personal information outside this site.
Admin has final say
If someone is abusing the platform, they can be warned, suspended, or removed. This is a community space, not a free-for-all.
