A street that looks out for each other.
Magnolia Village is about thirty homes near Raeford, North Carolina. We’re a quiet, friendly neighborhood of families, retirees, and folks stationed nearby, who’d rather know our neighbors than not.
It started with a scare.
One evening a while back, two of our neighborhood kids seemed to just vanish. They both turned up safe not long after, but for a while nobody knew where they were, and we all went looking. The only way word got around was a group text. Some of us were on it. A lot of us weren’t. It worked out, but afterward I kept thinking there had to be an easier way for us to reach each other when something actually matters.
I’m David, and I built this.I live here too, a few doors down. This isn’t a company and it isn’t an HOA. It’s just a neighbor’s project, free for everyone on our street, and it’ll stay that way. I’ll never sell anyone’s information, and your address is only ever visible to neighbors we’ve verified.

This is for Magnolia Village and our adjacent neighbors. Verified residents only, which is what keeps it safe.
Respect privacy
You choose what neighbors see. Photos stay among us, and we ask before posting someone else's child.
No spam, ever
Local items, services, and give-aways are welcome. No MLM, no crypto pitches.
